Option 1

Payment Plans ~  ​For payment plans there will be a 1 time interest fee of $50 added to your total.  A deposit of 50% of the treatment package is required on your 1st appointment. After 2 weeks of treatments start you will start paying the remaining balance. Your payment total(remaining balance ) will be averaged out depending on the Treatment package you purchased. Payment has to be made at your 5th treatment (3rd Week)
